The Cleveland Cavaliers support the community in various ways throughout the calendar year! Please note that due to a heavy volume of requests, valid organizations are eligible for one (1) type of donation per calendar year. At this time, during the Cavaliers’ offseason, organizations may select from either an in-kind donation or an appearance request. Organization requirements & reminders:

The organization must be located in the state of Ohio.* ** PLEASE make sure that your mailing / shipping address is correctly filled out. If there are any mistakes, your shipment may be delayed and possibly not arrive in time for your event. **

Organizations may only receive one donation (either type stated above) per calendar year.

Organizations must be a non-profit with a 501(c)(3), tax exempt status.

The Cleveland Cavaliers support thousands of charitable causes and events each year through the donation of merchandise for auctions, door prizes, and raffles!

For an organization to be considered for a donation:

Please submit the donation request online by clicking the “Donation Request Form” button below.

The online donation request form must be filled out completely.

The donation request form must be submitted online at least SIX (6) WEEKS prior to the event date.

The online appearance request form must be filled out completely.
Your request for an appearance must be submitted online at least SIX (6) WEEKS prior to your event date.
Organizations may only receive one appearance per calendar year. ** NOTE that an organization may select EITHER an appearance request OR an in-kind donation, but NOT both **

Please note that submitting an online request does not guarantee an organization will receive an appearance. However, all requests will be reviewed, considered, and responded to in a timely manner.
